The site Dynamic Formulas informs customers of the quantity of products by color and size. However, due to the speed at which information is updated online, it is possible that the amount actually available at the time of purchase is different from what the customer sees. Effectiveness of the Purchase

Once the availability of the product has been validated and the payment confirmed, Dynamic Formulas will send an email to the customer communicating the confirmation and informing all the purchase data.

Deadline

At the time of placing the order, the customer will be informed about the deadline in which he will receive the product at the indicated address.

It is worth noting that these deadlines are estimated. Thus, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In case of delays in deliveries, Dynamic Formulas will immediately inform customers of the new expected date.

Delivery

The customer must prove the good condition of the package at the time of delivery, before the carrier, and indicate on the delivery note any anomaly that he may detect in the package. If, later, the customer detects any problem as an indication of having been opened or any imperfection caused by transport, he undertakes to communicate it to Dynamic Formulas within 2 working days of delivery.

We advise that, if any of the following cases occur, the customer should contact us shortly after receiving the product:

• Opened or damaged packaging;
